We only collect information you choose to give us, plus basic technical data that most websites receive automatically:

Information you provide — when you fill out our booking or contact form, you may share your name, email address, phone number, event date, event type, location, package interest, and any details you add in the message field.
Automatic information — like most websites, our host may log standard technical data such as your browser type, device, and approximate region for security and performance. We do not use this to personally identify you.

To respond to your inquiry and provide a quote.

How Your Booking & Messages Are Handled

When you submit a form, your message is delivered to us by email through a third-party form service (EmailJS). Deposit and payment transactions are processed by Square on their own secure checkout pages. We never see or store your full card number, bank details, or payment credentials — those are handled entirely by Square under their own security standards and privacy policy. We recommend reviewing Square's privacy practices at squareup.com before completing a payment.

Cookies & Tracking

Our site uses minimal cookies needed for basic functionality. Embedded content such as a Google Map or fonts may set their own cookies under their respective policies. You can control or clear cookies in your browser settings at any time.

We keep booking and contact information only as long as needed to serve you and to keep records of events we've performed. You may ask us to delete your information at any time (see below).
